Silver

  • No retainer fee
  • On-site*: Base rate
  • Remote: 90% Base
  • Weekly hours automatically bill at Gold or Platinum rate if that rate is lower

Gold

  • $500/mo retainer fee
  • On-site*: 80% Base
  • Remote: 70% Base
  • Discounted rates last for one month, regardless of weekly hours
  • Weekly hours automatically bill at Platinum rate if that rate is lower

Platinum

  • $1000/mo retainer
  • On-site*: 60% Base
  • Remote: 50% Base
  • Discounted rates last for one month, regardless of weekly hours
  • After-hours support

Retainer Packages

Our Gold and Platinum retainer packages lock in a lower rate for an entire month,  and offer the best value for large projects or on-going support.

  • Platinum is required for those needing after-hours support, and also provides the best rate for 20*+ hours per month.
  • Gold provides the best rate for 15-20* hours per month
  • Silver is the best rate for less than 20* hours per month

Quantity Discounts Applied to All Packages

In short, the more we work, the less you pay. Here are the details:

  • Discounts based upon hours billed each week, Monday-to-Saturday.
  • Rate is discounted 5%/hour* every 10 hours billed, and applies to all hours that week.

On-site Service Area

  • On-site Service Area is in Arizona, U.S.A., and includes Tolleson, Avondale, and some parts of southwest Phoenix.
  • On-site service in other areas is subject to approval, and may require travel and per-diem expenses.

Remote Service Area

  • We have remotely serviced companies all over the world including India, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Thailand, Denmark, and Germany, as well as several U.S. states including California, Indiana, Florida, Texas, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Arizona, and more.
